2. Project Initiation

Projects commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Project timelines depend upon timely submission of content, approvals, credentials and feedback from the client.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule mentioned in the proposal, quotation, service agreement, subscription plan or invoice.

• Advance payment is mandatory.
• Milestone payments must be paid on time.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
• Ownership transfer occurs only after full payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, designs, graphics, documents, databases, software modules and project assets remain the property of WebAakriti until full payment has been received.

Upon complete settlement of dues, ownership of agreed deliverables shall transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Digital Delivery

All services offered by WebAakriti are delivered digitally through email, cloud storage, deployment servers, repositories, client portals or other electronic means.

No physical products are shipped.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after project commencement.

WebAakriti reserves the right to provide contracts, invoices, communication records, work logs and delivery evidence to payment gateways, banks or legal authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebAakriti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
