Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, software solutions, website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, SEO, cloud services, consulting, maintenance plans, and other technology services provided by WebAakriti Private Limited.

1. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before any work has started.

If WebAakriti has not allocated resources, conducted project planning, initiated development activities, or incurred third-party costs, a cancellation request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any payment gateway fees, banking charges, taxes, or administrative costs may be deducted from eligible refunds.

2. Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once project work has started, resources have been assigned, or technical activities have commenced, payments become non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

• Project planning has begun
• Design work has started
• Development work has started
• Content creation has begun
• SEO or marketing campaigns have started
• Infrastructure has been provisioned
• Third-party services have been purchased

For milestone-based projects, payments corresponding to completed or approved milestones are non-refundable.

Any remaining unexecuted scope may be reviewed at the sole discretion of WebAakriti.

5. Subscription & Recurring Services

For recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, SEO retainers, cloud management, and support subscriptions:

• Clients may cancel future renewals.
• No refunds shall be provided for the current billing cycle.
• Services remain active until the paid period expires.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.

Examples include:

• Domain registrations
• Hosting subscriptions
• Cloud hosting credits
• API purchases
• Premium plugins
• Software licenses
• Advertising spend
• SSL certificates

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after project commencement.

WebAakriti reserves the right to submit contracts, emails, project records, invoices, payment receipts, communication logs, and delivery evidence to banks, payment gateways, or legal authorities.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund requests outside this policy shall be evaluated solely at the discretion of WebAakriti.

Approval of any exception shall not establish a precedent for future refund requests.
